He’s been called passionate, humble, witty, and one of the five rising artist talents in Sarasota by Sarasota Magazine, and aficionado art collectors. At 30, Tim Jaeger has achieved local and increasingly national recognition, most recently awarded the prestigious 2008 Chateau L’ Hesperit Artist Residency Program in Moncaret, France. A 2002 graduate of the Ringling School of Art and Design, Jaeger decided to remain in the resort coastal town of Sarasota after earning his bachelors of arts, where he now works, paints. Born in Michigan and raised in Paducah, Kentucky, Jaeger is attracted by the colors, warmth and light of Florida, as well as its sophisticated and growing artist communities.
